Terminal title not set in opencode --mini or opencode2 mini when sending first message

Description

The terminal title isn't set in in v1 or v2 of opencode mini.

Steps to reproduce

1. opencode --mini or opencode2 mini
2. Say hello to agent
3. Observe the title doesn't say something like "OC | Greeting"
