Azure Cognitive Services regression

Description

Azure cognitive services functioned in V1.17.9, then after upgrading to v1.17.20 all you recieve is the "resource not found" error. I tried clearing all of my configs and reconnecting to the provider. The only thing that fixed the issue is downgrading to the previous version.

Currently using the Bearer token instead of the Entra ID login
