Bug: Plan/Build mode toggle missing from chat UI after latest update

The Plan/Build mode toggle, previously located at the bottom of the chat window, is no longer visible or accessible after the most recent update. This option appears to have been unintentionally removed or hidden.
Environment

OpenCode version: v1.18.1
Operating System: Windows
Interface: Desktop app

Current Behavior
After updating to v1.18.1, the Plan/Build toggle at the bottom of the chat no longer appears. There is currently no visible way to switch between Plan and Build modes from the chat interface.
Expected Behavior
The Plan/Build toggle should be present at the bottom of the chat, as it was before this update, allowing users to switch between modes as usual.
Steps to Reproduce

Open the OpenCode desktop app on Windows (v1.18.1)
Start or open a chat session
Look at the bottom of the chat window for the Plan/Build toggle
Observe that it is missing — no option to switch between Plan and Build mode is visible

Impact
⚠️ Priority: High — This is a functional regression affecting core chat usability, not a cosmetic issue. It removes a piece of existing functionality that users relied on to control how the assistant approaches a task.

Follow-up: This is now fully blocking work, not just a UI annoyance
Wanted to add more concrete impact since the toggle is still missing.
Since the Plan/Build toggle is gone, I'm stuck in Plan mode with no way to switch to Build mode. Plan mode only allows discussion/planning — it doesn't create files, execute commands, or make any changes. Build mode is what actually performs those actions, but there is no visible option, command, or setting to access it anymore.
Practical result: When I ask the assistant to proceed with a task, it responds that it's in Plan mode and cannot act — and there is no way to switch out of it. This makes the app effectively unusable for any actual work (file creation, command execution, changes), not just an inconvenience.
Environment: OpenCode v1.18.1, Windows, Desktop app (same as original report)
⚠️ This confirms the earlier "High priority" label — this isn't cosmetic, it removes the app's core ability to execute tasks.

The only temporary solution is to go to Settings and disable the new UI, In the previous UI the Plan/Build switch is in place

@yhnavein can you post a screenshot? I can not find this setting. I am using opencode web 1.18.1
At least in the TUI there is the toggle so that might be another workaround.

Adding screenshots for comparison.

The first image shows the previous UI, where the Plan / Build selector is available next to the model selector.

The second image shows the new UI in OpenCode Desktop v1.18.1, where that selector is completely missing.

This is a significant issue because it blocks my daily workflow. I rely on switching between Plan and Build modes throughout the day, and with the new UI there doesn't appear to be any way to access Plan mode.

If the selector was intentionally moved, it should be much more discoverable. Otherwise, this appears to be a regression introduced by the new UI.

Same here. @yhnavein can you post a screenshot? I can not find this setting. I am using opencode web 1.18.1 At least in the TUI there is the toggle so that might be another workaround.

It's from Desktop app. I haven't checked TUI or Web UI recently...
