Histroy chat conversation not displayed

Description

I cannot find my history chat and I suppose that the action of upgrading from v1.17.18 to v1.18.1 made it.
Please check for your ref as following details.

Steps to reproduce

1. About 1100 15th/July/2026 (UTC+8) today, I start my laptap to create one conversation to check some information via Deepseek V4 pro from OpenCode Go;
2. OpenCode destop reminds me there is one new version ready to update. I suspended this converstion, confirmed and updated finally;
3. I continued to chat in previous conversion in this morning;
4. After 1300 local time , I need some results to view previous conversations in 12th/July and failed. There is no history record even this morning conversation is not listed , there are only two projects and two conversation resrespectively;

Update:
After I upgraded from v1.18.1 to v1.18.2, above issue is clean and all in order now.
