Build/Plan missing in new layout

It's really annoying, I like the new tab setup but I can't find plan/build anywhere. I love the Opencode plan mode because I can talk to it without it running off editing stuff.

You can enable the Build/Plan mode by going to Settings -> General -> Scroll to the bottom -> Enable "Show Agent".
