Describe the enhancement you want to request
Description
I would like OpenCode to make plugin management easier from the graphical development application on Windows, not only from the command line.
At the moment, enabling or disabling plugins feels like something that has to be handled through console/configuration workflows. For users working mainly in the Windows GUI/interface, it would be much more convenient to have a clear way to toggle plugins directly from the app.
Expected behavior
OpenCode should provide an easy plugin management UI in the Windows development application, for example:
A dedicated Plugins or Extensions section in settings
A clear enabled/disabled state for each installed plugin
A simple toggle to activate or deactivate a plugin
Feedback when a restart or reload is required
The same behavior as the CLI/config-based flow, but accessible without using the terminal
Current behavior
Plugin activation/deactivation is not obvious from the Windows GUI application. Users who prefer or rely on the graphical interface may need to use the console or manually edit configuration, which makes plugin management harder than it needs to be.
Why this matters
Many Windows users interact with OpenCode through the GUI rather than the terminal. Making plugin toggles available in the interface would improve discoverability, reduce friction, and make plugin experimentation safer and faster.
Environment
OS: Windows
App: OpenCode graphical development application / desktop UI
Area: Plugin management
Suggested implementation
Add a plugin management screen to the app settings where installed plugins can be enabled or disabled with a toggle. If changing the state requires a restart, reload, or config update, the UI should make that clear and guide the user through it.
