CLI install on ubuntu 24 fails

Description

I do this :

curl -fsSL https://opencode.ai/install | bash

I expect after succesfull run to be able to use but i get this :

I installed on Ubuntu 24.04 using the deb package and I am seeing the same issue as OP.

Installation appears successful - desktop app works, I've got it connected to Gitlab Duo as a provider, connected to Zed as an agent, all of that is working great.

Next I tried to set up VSCode with opencode, and that's when I'm seeing the issue.

There is no binary, alias or link to opencode on the system. Looking at the deb package's /var/lib/dpkg/info/open-code.list we see:

/usr/bin/opencode-cli
/usr/bin/OpenCode

So that explains no binary opencode, and there are no preinst or postinst scripts, so the deb package just plops it's files onto the filesystem - there is no orchestration that would create an alias or link.

For a workaround, we should be able to:

sudo ln -s /usr/bin/opencode-cli /usr/bin/opencode

...and yes, after that I've now got opencode working with VSCode.

For the maintainer of the deb package:

I'd suggest including a postinst script in the deb package that creates a symlink as in the command above, and a postrm script to remove that link if the package is removed or purged.

this sounds dumb but i think the installer should source ~/.bashrc on behalf of the user, or at least prompt the user to do so.
