The newly added bug report feature for the NPA book seems to only cover paragraphs and screenshots; I meant for it to be possible to file a bug on any portion of the book. So that means headings, list items, etc., too. Let's extend it for those cases.

Please extend the bug report feature in the NPA book to cover headings and list items, as requested in issue #54.

Currently, only paragraphs and images have bug report links. We want headings and each individual list item to also have them.

Tasks:

1. Modify scripts/build-npa-book.mjs:
   • In the renderChapter function, locate the heading processing logic. Wrap all headings (both chapter titles and sub-headings) in a <div class="doc-block"> with appropriate data-section and data-text attributes. Add the <a class="bug-link" ...></a> element inside this doc-block.
   • Update the flushList function. For each list item (<li>), add the doc-block class, data-section, and data-text attributes. Also, insert the <a class="bug-link" ...></a> element inside the <li>.

Verification:

1. Run node scripts/build-npa-book.mjs to regenerate the book.
2. Verify that the number of bug-link occurrences in book-dist/index.html has increased.
3. Ensure the generated HTML is valid and the bug links are correctly positioned (you can check this by looking at the structure in book-dist/index.html).
