[Gusnet] Positive flow in closed pipe #27

Description

@hydroTest672

Hi,
bug is related to closed pipes. When running a simulation, a closed pipe acts like an open one, flow is > 0.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create test project with a reservoir (ex 20m)
  2. Create a node with demand (ex 5 m3/h)
  3. Create a pipe in between with a Closed initial status
  4. Run the simulation. Flow and velocity in the pipe are > 0

I am starting to learn about Epanet and Gusnet, but I would expect a zero flow as the pipe is closed?
