Does not return partial name matches in the find function

Steps to replicate:

1. add a user

add n/Irfan Ibrahim

2. find the user with a partial name match

find Irf

The UI returns '0 persons found' even though Irfan Ibrahim moves to the top of the list and there is in fact a name match.

Intended behaviour. As specified by the UG, the number shown represents the number of full matches.
