Description

Add a header to the application as "Course Materials Assistant".

The header should be thin. The other elements of the page should be kept unchanged, like the theme toggle button, the left menu bar and the chat at the center. Make the header with a color different from the original background, but still a color of the palette used in the app.

Summary

The <header> element already existed in the HTML with the correct title ("Course Materials Assistant"), but was explicitly hidden via display: none in style.css. The following changes were made:

• frontend/style.css: Replaced display: none with a flex layout making the header a thin 48px bar using --primary-color (#2563eb blue) as the background — distinct from the dark (#0f172a) and light (#f8fafc) page backgrounds. The subtitle inside the header is hidden to keep it thin. The theme toggle button's top position is adjusted from 1rem to 4px so it vertically centers within the header. Added header to the theme transition list for smooth animation.
• frontend/index.html: Bumped the CSS cache-busting version (v13 → v14).
