How to specify hg38 in create_ref_data process?

I am going to analyze BAM mapped using the hg38 reference. But how could I "create_ref_data" using hg38?

We are in the process of trying to get hg38 working, with the main blocker getting an hg38 phasing reference panel. Hopefully a new release will support hg38 sometime soon. Cheers Andrew

hg38 is now supported and is the default reference genome version for create_ref_data. You can just run
remixt create_ref_data refdirpath
