Can only one tumor sample infer clonality using citup?

Hi,

I just have one tumor sample, I used pyclone to get the input data for citup. When I run citup, it failed: "pypeliner.scheduler.PipelineException: pipeline failed".

I have no idea for this, the demo data runs successfully.
