Deactivate self registration

Is there a trivial way to deactivate self registration? I'm hosting this on Docker, but since it's opened on the. Internet. I'm not too crazy about having trolls simply creating accounts unnecessarily.

I did a brief search with the environment variables, didn't seem to suggest there was any way of doing this easily.

There is currently no way to disable self registration. I agree that this would be a valuable feature.
