roosite doesn't get the buildout cache when no unified installer has been released - cause longer build times

The install script should download a copy of the unified buildout. There are scenarios where this does not happen. For newer builds where the unified installer does not exist, there may be value in having a system which creates the buildout cache and serves it from a CDN or similar.
