Hello,

Thank you for a great tool. We advise all our wet lab collaborators to get quick insights from bulk/pseudobulk using Phantasus GUI.

I have a question/ask regarding the LICENCE.

Could you please specify the type of licence for the tool? Is it ok to fork it and try out features for the wet lab end user?
Would be nice to have clarity on the LICENCE md file.

@tony-zhelonkin the licence is MIT, as stated in the DESCRIPTION file, so it's totally OK to fork it (but please let us know if you implement any good features that might be incorporated to the main version). But you are right, we should put the info to the LICENCE file as well — it's not hard, but also a bit non-trivial because, since some of the R checks doesn't like to have LICENCE file containing text of standard licenses.
