Bug when changing size of volcano plot points

When I am changing size of the points in volcano plot they seem to be plotted with wrong coordinates if p-value is > 0

Steps to repropduce:

1. Open dataset, perform lima
2. Select several genes. add annotation which will represent points size (Edit/Annotate Selected rows). I used value 1
   
3. Invert selection and annotate other genes with different size. (I used 0.1)
4. Open original volcano plot (Tools/Plots/Volcano)
   
5. Specify size of the points to be read from the IFN field
   
6. Result plot will be looking like this
   
7. However after setting P value significance to 0 the positions of colored points are changed
   
8. Positions with value 0 seems to be more accurate according to label by selected check mark
