As our processed network nodes and edges are now tab separated, we need to adjsut the code to read in to neo4j successfully. Looks to be a simple fix: http://bigdatums.net/2016/12/17/load-tab-delimited-file-neo4j/ We acknowledged this in the README, but didn't have time to test.
