Indicate if radars are contributing to visualization

Currently, radars with no data are ignored by the interpolation function (see [here](https://github.com/enram/bird-migration-flow-visualization/issues/55#issuecomment-45314898). It would be useful to the researchers if this is indicated in some way, e.g. by having radars alternating between green (contributing) and red (not contributing)
