docs: remove em dashes project-wide; refresh OG social image

Drop 'the waitlist that moves' from the OG card and regenerate public/og.png
(tagline now 'Refer friends. Skip the line.'). Sweep every em dash out of
source, styles, and docs (README, DESIGN, CONTRIBUTING, supabase, LAUNCH),
restructuring prose with proper punctuation rather than mechanical commas.

Lint, tsc, and 73 unit tests all pass.
