Orphaned files

I saw the warning that orphans mode is done on my own risk because of overlapping files with installed/uninstalled files.
The Pear cleaner found 358 files on my Mac. 14 files are related to the apps which i have still installed on my Mac.
But i also cant be sure which files are related to which apps because most of them have random names in the Pear cleaner list.
Do you have any advice how to make sure im not deleting wrong files? Otherwise this list of orphaned files cant be trusted for deletion. Therefore, there is no sense for the function as its for me.

If that problem would be fixed I would pay for the app instantly. Because it seems it has found files that no other alternative apps could.
