Request: Compiled Version for License-Free Use (Linux)

Thanks for sharing this great toolkit!

We're interested in including it in Neurodesk (neurodesk.org), a platform that provides containerised, license-free neuroimaging tools for reproducible research across operating systems.

To make that possible, we were wondering if you'd be willing to compile the MATLAB code using the MATLAB Compiler, so it can run without a MATLAB license (specifically on Linux). This would allow us to containerise the tool and make it accessible to a broader community, even those without access to MATLAB.

Would that be something you're open to?
