Intel Stratix 10 eyescan support

Hi Alex,

we are thinking about an extension of the existing XFCP infrastructure to support eye scans and BERTs on intel stratix 10 devices.
Did you have any thaughts about this yet or are you actually already working on that? Do you know anybody else working on this topic?

Sounds like a good idea to me. I haven't worked on that at all myself so far. Presumably this would be a pretty straightforward thing to do - expose the reconfig interfaces to XFCP, then write some code to exercise the ODI logic. From what I saw in the H-tile docs, this is quite similar to running EyeScan on Xilinx GTH/GTY transceivers.
