Full stress test suite, 1546 tests, 15 scenarios, framework fixes, final consolidation

Stress tests (15 scenarios):
- standard, multicommand, multimachine, headtohead, sessionlimit, ratelimit,
  timeout, queueing, crossos, realtime, longops, noninteractive, sessionreuse,
  librarychain, actionqueue
- Internal full: 138/149 (93%), avg 13.3s, P95 34.7s, 63 min
- Official full: 119/142 (84%), avg 38.1s, P95 166.7s, 94 min

Framework fixes:
- Rate-Limiter: ActiveRequest retries extended to 12, "MDE shell" -> "LaraC2 Shell"
- Auth-Internal: XSRF refresh before killing session on transient 401
- Invoke-LRCommand: CWD OS check fix (-notlike 'Windows*')
- Stress test: env var auth support for LARAC2_SCCAUTH/XSRF

Test expansions:
- Internal tests: 243 (was 120), near-parity with Official 291
- Stress scenarios: 15 (was 1), covering long ops, session reuse, library chain,
  action queue, non-interactive mode, rate limit exhaustion
- Online Official: fixed 16 test assertions (Status checks, ActiveRequest handling)
- Branding: "MDE Shell" -> "LaraC2 Shell" in banner, help, cancel comments

Findings:
- Official + Internal APIs share per-machine action queue (cannot run simultaneously)
- Internal API rate limit at ~27 rapid commands before session exhaustion
- Official API P95 latency 166.7s vs Internal 34.7s (4.8x faster)
- Long operations (30-300s sleep) handled correctly by both modes
- sccauth cookie valid ~1hr, XSRF refreshes every 4 min automatically
