Code of Conduct

This project and everyone participating in it is governed by this Code of Conduct. By participating, you are expected to uphold this code. The goal is to make participation in this project a harassment-free experience for everyone.

We value respectful, constructive collaboration. A short summary:

  • Be friendly and patient.
  • Be respectful and assume good intentions.
  • Focus on solving problems, not attacking people.

Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment:

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language
  • Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
  • Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
  • Focusing on what is best for the community

Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:

  • The use of sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention or advances
  • Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
  • Public or private harassment
  • Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission
  • Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies both within project spaces and in public spaces when an individual is representing the project (e.g., talks, social media, mailing lists, issue trackers, and chat channels).

Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project team at: security@swaptrade.com (replace with the official contact if different).

All reports will be reviewed and investigated and will remain confidential to the extent possible. Appropriate corrective action will be taken for any action that violates the Code of Conduct, up to and including temporary or permanent bans from the project.
