Exported m-ex .iso crashes and gives repeating error messages on Dolphin launch

Windows 10, Latest builds of Slippi (2.5.2) and m-exTool (downloaded from latest commit)

I import the vanilla iso I use for Melee, it says Vanilla iso detected, updates MxDt to 1.1.

I export with no issue, open up in dolphin, and messages like these pop up over and over each time I press okay, having to end Dolphin with task manager.

I tried this with changing nothing filewise at all, and got the same results also.
