Running on windows

it missing the libX11.so.6.dll could i compile xlib into such dll or does it have to run specifically on a linux machine through mono?

From my (limited) understanding X11 is a Window API that was built specifically for Linux because Linux is, at it's core, a terminal based OS. With that said, I don't know for sure if there is a way to run this on Windows, but it doesn't seem likely to me, It wouldn't hurt to look at Cygwin, specifically because it can compile windows applications and dlls with a support layer for linux.
