Design a completion mode that fades a static perimeter and/or island in and out without an object traveling around the display.

Acceptance criteria

  • Reduced motion can be selected independently of palette and island style.
  • Live preview reflects the selection immediately.
  • Timing avoids abrupt flashing.
  • Regression coverage distinguishes the reduced-motion path from animated patterns.
  • Document the behavior in docs/accessibility.md and docs/configuration.md.
