MaxPooling2D: wrong forward affine bounds when padding=="same"

See skipped tests in 
- "tests/test_unary_layers.py::test_decomon_unary_layer": only for data_format=="channels_last"
- "tests/autolirpa/test_pooling.py::test_backward_MaxPooling2D": only on macos github runner, for both data format
