Change the width and height of webcam feed capture

Is there a way to change the width and height of the webcam feed capture? Currently it seems to default to set dimensions. Thanks.

After initializing the video object, I tried to set the width and height but it was still capturing at the same resolution. My Code:

video = acapture.open(0) video.width = 1280 video.height = 720

please tell if it is possible to set the frame resolution(not resizing).

Looks to me like there are a few commented lines 161/162 that take those params and set the CV2 properties. I'm going to fork for now because I need this too. Suggest @aieater just uncomment those lines and probably 159/160 too so those parameters are passed along to CV2.
