I'm currently conducting a workshop on genome assembly. While the majority of my students work with Juicebox successfully, some have troubles with selecting scaffolds. I asked all students to install the same version of Juicebox (2.16). In the majority of cases, mouse left button + Shift allows to select a scaffold, but on some students' laptops it was not successful. I tried all possible combinations of mouse buttons, Shift, Alt, Fn... but nothing helped. Without scaffold selection further assembly editing is impossible. Please tell what else can allow to select a scaffold except for mouse left button + Shift.
