Data Discrepancy: Documentation states 9,405 projects, but GeoPackage contains only 9,404 records

I have identified a potential data inconsistency while working with the GeoGCDF v3 dataset and would like to seek clarification.

According to the dataset description or metadata file, a total of 9,405 projects were captured. However, in the provided GeoPackage (.gpkg) file, I can only identify 9,404 unique observations.

Could you please confirm:

The correct total number of projects/records intended for this release?
If the count of 9,405 is correct, is there a missing record, or might the discrepancy stem from a different filtering or aggregation logic?
If possible, provide guidance on how to reconcile the documented count with the data in the GeoPackage file.

Hi @rika-lj - I believe this is the result of an incorrect feature being identified and removed after the initial release. 9,404 is the correct current count of features.
