Projects lacking geojson data but with detailed text location descriptions

Some projects have detailed location descriptions in the geographic_location field that seem like they could have been geocoded, but were not. Do we know why, or if there are plans to create values for the geojson_url_viz and geojson_url_dl columns for projects like the ones listed below? (Please let me know if this issue should be opened elsewhere.)

With this initial release using features from OpenStreetMap there is definitely room to improve our coverage of projects. The good news is that this is a major focus of the team moving forward. Our internal drafts of the dataset for subsequent years of projects are already showing significantly enhanced coverage (I believe the current release of 2000-2017 projects has in the realm of 25% geocoded, while we are >75% geocoded for projects from more recent years).

The geocoding team will also be revisiting the 2000-2017 data to improve coverage and geocode additional projects like the ones you listed. Our next release will contain projects from 2000-2021 (with updates to the existing 2000-2017 data) and is planned to be launched later this fall.
