[Feature] Disable App Shortcuts Launcher

Problem

There is currently no way to fully disable the Apps Shortcut Launcher, and it also causes the island area to be interactable even when the island is fully hidden.

Proposed Solution

Adding a toggle to turn the Apps Shortcut Launcher on/off in the settings, as well as potentially adding sub-settings that allow the user to adjust the interactable area for the App Shortcut Launcher.

Can you provide the path to this setting? I am on v6.0.0 and it does not appear to exist.
