Expanded notification block 1st touch

Problem:
When there's a expanded notification, it blocks everything outside the expanded notification window. Maybe this has something to do with the window touch modal or is a bug? Both the island and the expanded notification are essentially floating window but there's nothing wrong with the island.

Device information:
Device: Poco F3 Hyper OS1
Smart island ver.: 6.0.0

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open smart island
2. Tap the notification demo, it will expand (or manually expand any notification).
3. Tap "Notch & Layout" (or anywhere outside the expanded notification window)
4. You will see the 1st touch is being blocked.
