Describe the Bug

When Smart Island is enabled and Notifications & Privacy are enabled for the clock (com.google.android.deskclock), the alarm clock is disabled. Example: we set the alarm for 9:00 AM, a countdown timer appears in Smart Island showing how many minutes until the alarm goes off, but when the exact time arrives, the alarm is triggered and then immediately disabled.

Steps to Play

1. Activate Smart Island and clock notifications

2. Set an alarm clock

3. Close the device screen

Expected Behavior

Expected the alarm clock to vibrate and the alarm to ring loudly

Actual Behavior

The alarm clock started but was disabled

Encountered the same problem this morning on my pixel 7. upgraded to 6.0, still dismissing alarms and timers.

Sure, sending you a recording of the same bug during a timer alarm, bug looks exactly the same as the normal clock alarm.
I will also state that it gives an "alarm dismissed" toast every time.

Downgraded to v 5.0.0 and the alarms all work fine.
