Wrong time given when i try to create a room for stardew valley

i was trying to start a room for many hours but is always gives me the wrong time. it is currently 9pm and when i try to create a room, it's saying its 3am(pic below)

when i try to make a room anyway, it says a fatal error has accrued and i can't play on it. this is with the newest version

How do I do that? (I'm new to using StardewArchipelago)
