Lambda uses three Claude instances (Manager, Dev, QA) collaborating via tmux to implement features, run E2E tests, and fix failures autonomously.

The sample/ directory contains a Next.js todo app that agents work on. Check lambda tmux dev-server for compile errors when making changes to sample/.

For long waits, delegate to the adrian agent (burns zero tokens):

Write a failing test before implementing. The test defines done — implement until it passes. This applies to both unit tests and E2E tests.
Delegate format/lint/typecheck busywork to the boualam subagent. It runs iteratively until all checks pass, keeping your main context clean.

When to use: After implementation is done and you need to clean up. Boualam handles the tedious loop so you can focus on code.
Boundaries: Boualam will never make architectural decisions, add eslint-disable comments, or refactor code. If it can't fix something after 3 attempts, it reports back and you handle it.
