Built-in support for other temperature sensors

BoilerIO has instructions for using OpenEnergyMonitor EmonTH devices, but these aren't very ubiquitous. Find popular sensors and add support for these.

E.g. ZWave: Aeotec MultiSensor 6, Aeotec aërQ.
