error unable to load playlist file

Hello,

I've been unsuccessfully trying to get this to work at all and found this line in the log:

2025-03-24 01:52:59.674 T:2668    error <general>: AddOnLog: pvr.iptvsimple: pvr.iptvsimple - LoadPlayList - Unable to load channels or media from file '/storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.iptv.manager/playlist.m3u8'

Also when I view that file itself it only contains this:

cat /storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.iptv.manager/playlist.m3u8 #EXTM3U
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and set it to auto configure the simple iptv client. And when I refresh the channel list it pops up and closes pretty quickly.

I'm running libreelec 12.0.2 and iptv manager 0.2.5+matrix.1
