Stuttering audio & video on Vero4k+ device

Describe the bug
TV is stuttering/buffering.
Buffer loads up to 8 and resets.

To Reproduce
Open any tvvlaanderen channel

Expected behavior
fluent video with audio in sync

• Inputstreamhelper 0.5.8+matrix.1
• Kodi version: 19.3
• Inputstream adaptive version: 19.0.1
• Operating System (Windows / Mac OS / Android / LibreElec / OSMC / ...): OSMC
• Special Hardware (RPI / Vero4K+ / ...): Vero4k+

This is not something that can be influenced by this add-on. There are some different Widevine versions that seem to have an impact on this.
