Project Description
Our platform is built to connect musicians, bands, and event organizers seamlessly. Whether you’re a solo artist looking to join a band, a group in search of the right member, or a café owner trying to book live performers, it brings everyone together in one place. With features like customizable artist profiles, smart matching based on genre and location, a live gig board, and easy communication tools, it simplifies collaboration and helps talent get discovered—making the music community more connected, creative, and accessible.
Inspiration behind the Project
The idea for this platform was born from our personal experiences as musicians and from observing our peers struggle to make the right collaborations. Whether it’s a guitarist searching for a bassist or a local café looking for live performers—there’s no streamlined system in place to bring these people together. Music forums are cluttered, word-of-mouth is slow, and social media lacks precision.
Our target users include independent musicians, college bands, solo artists, and event organizers like café owners, producers and planners. Through informal conversations and observations, we found that musicians often struggle to find compatible collaborators or platforms to showcase their talent, while organizers face difficulty discovering and booking suitable performers. This disconnect leads to missed opportunities and creative roadblocks, highlighting the need for a platform that simplifies and strengthens these connections within the music community.
