I don't think we've been strict enough in the convention that all groups mus include the creator of the group in the list of member users. Looking at the CBRAIN service I see sometimes this happens, and I'd like a sanity check procedure (in the sanity checker rake task) that just adds back the creator_id to the list of user_ids.
