Request for MQTT Integration in WatchYourLAN

I am a big fan of WatchYourLAN and find it incredibly useful for network monitoring. I would like to suggest integrating MQTT as an additional notification or integration option.

Some potential use cases:
• Sending device notifications to a smart home system (e.g., Home Assistant, OpenHAB)
• Real-time status updates to MQTT dashboards
• Integration into IoT environments for advanced automation

Would it be possible to implement an MQTT publish feature to send network status changes via a configurable MQTT topic? If needed, I’d be happy to provide more details on possible implementations.
