[Feature Request] A version for static or non-wordpress sites.

I've been thinking. Sort of related to e#105 which asks if the reactjs / nextjs community has something similar available, but this is not quite what I'm thinking.

I've a few websites I've now made with static site generators, that I think having something like OCA2F available for would be pretty amazing, so this will be a reminder for me to look into it, and once I start, updates on how it's progressing.

Okay, I've made some progress on this. Currently it's quite janky... HOWEVER it kinda works(TM)!

We can define the options within the JavaScript that would ordinarily be defined by WordPress.

It's still early days, but... Here are my notes so far 💜

Include jQuery, the CSS styling, then inline the app.dev.js, but changing all the used variables from PojoA11yOptions to window.PojoA11yOptions and define them before the rest of the code, eg:

and then include the HTML, which I ripped from existing site. Text zoom works, greyscale, contrast, underline links. The OpenDyslexic font doesn't because it's not properly loaded from anywhere. The positioning is off, however, this makes a good start to having OCA2-Fork available on more websites than just WordPress. 🤞
