Ship openadt-mcp as a separate publishable product in the monorepo: compiled Bun binary (win/linux/mac), separate Scoop/Homebrew manifests, immediate removal of the MCP launcher from openadt.zip, and deprecation of the openadt mcp Java wrapper.
