Bands declared and the script written (validation/tle/fit_decay.py); blocked only by network policy where it was authored. Needs a free Space-Track account.

Updated 2026-08-03. The candidate selection is no longer open: the QB50 cohort is the intended source, with Aalto-1 (42775) primary if its plasma brake was not deployed. A9 remains blocked only by Space-Track access and requires the flown TLE comparison before any decay claim is treated as validated.
