What I allow to cross from BOLLEY into VOLLEY

BOLLEY began by reversing VOLLEY's unmodified-payload premise. Its spacecraft carries the passive electromagnetic half of the machine. That premise does not transfer into VOLLEY's baseline: an ordinary compatible payload must remain mechanically and electrically unmodified.

The useful mechanisms can still be tested independently in the shared VOLLEY-lab.

Candidates I permit into the lab

Candidates I do not import

  • BOLLEY's spacecraft-side cage, pressure cup or seal land as a VOLLEY requirement;
  • its 0.37136 kg interface mass as though it were launcher hardware;
  • its 1.2231 m primary, 380 A operating point or field solution at a short muzzle geometry;
  • any Fluxframe bus credit without a named spacecraft customer;
  • the claim that a compatible constellation bus proves universal rideshare compatibility.

Transfer gate

The shared lab's TRANSFER_LEDGER.md controls the route. A passing lab entry may propose a VOLLEY ADR. It cannot edit the Gen5 frozen baseline, inherit BOLLEY's evidence class or weaken the unmodified-payload contract without an explicit architecture decision.
