Mercenaries have increased stats, such as health and damage, and I believe this should be carried over to active abilities, such as Magrail Munitions doing increased damage.

Banshee: Rocket Barrage
Reaper: G-4 Cluster Bombs, Spider Mines
Battlecruiser: Yamato, Missile Pods, Defensive Matrix
Thor: 250mm cannons, 330mm cannons
