The original idea comes from titanwings/colleague-skill — 7k stars, beautifully built, go give it a star.

Their version: you upload Feishu exports, WeChat logs, screenshots, emails.

This version: you upload nothing.

If you already have Slack, Teams, Outlook, Jira, Linear, GitHub, Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, or Google Docs connected — the agent goes and fetches everything itself. Their messages. Their tickets. Their code reviews. Their doc comments. All pulled automatically, then distilled into a skill:

→ how they worked
→ how they sounded
→ what they would have caught in your PR

Same output format as the original (work.md + persona.md + invocable SKILL.md). Just a different engine — connected tools instead of manual exports.

Built as part of this 10xProductivity Cursor/Claude Code setup.

What this means for you:

• New users / fresh setup: No additional setup required — the skill is available once you have tool connections configured (verified_connections.md).
• Existing users: No action required. Invoke colleague-distillation from Cursor or Claude Code whenever you need it.
